Site Clearance is complete

March 2025

All infrastructure associated with the former gas works has now been removed

Sisk started the complex work of removing redundant gas pipelines whilst rerouting those that are still operational away from the site. The gas holders are now gone and a significant amount of earth moving has prepared the site for the remediation stage.

Remediation work is due to start toward the end of 2025 and will prepare the ground for construction.
